Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your mail accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email box accounts against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just choose the email box account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
